Rocky is friendly, but he wrongly overcharged me for the service that was not performed at all. I would think it is just a mistake. But after I contacted the dealership, they admitted about the wrong charge service that was not performed at all. I would think it is just a mistake. But after I contacted the dealership, they admitted about the wrong charge and offered me discount for next service rather a cash/check refund (I paid cash), I had to ask for a refund, and they told me it will take up to 3 weeks to issue a refund check. Another issue is that I requested free tire rotation based on the promotion I received, the tire rotation was not done but I was charged for the service (that is the overcharge). When I contacted the dealership again in email for the service, they told me it was declined due to worn tires and attached the service order, but the service order I received when I checked out at the time of the service has no such information, rather it shows the tire rotation was performed, the reason of decline was added back to my service order after I contacted them and it is an after-service modified and covered up service order, I photocopied the original service order to show the difference and emailed it back to the dealership, have not heard back from them since then. More
