Not sure who the people mentioned are as I did not work with them? I liked the dealership, I will say that the pricing was above what I wanted and I wasn't told about the taxes and fees that would be a with them? I liked the dealership, I will say that the pricing was above what I wanted and I wasn't told about the taxes and fees that would be added on top; what I thought would be a $519/month payment turned into a $560/month payment and when I asked about the increase, the finance person looked at me like I was silly for not knowing the additional fee would be added - felt like there wasn't full transparency. Also wasn't helped with the monthly payments _ I had to figure out how to pay them and Toyota told me they had no idea how I would pay them monthly (whether via an app or online) More

Atmosphere at this dealership is cold - non-friendly. Salesperson only became more friendly after we agreed to purchase. Finance person became rather snotty when we did not buy the additional insurance a Salesperson only became more friendly after we agreed to purchase. Guy with a beard and distinctive voice. He was cool and went out of his way to warmly say hi. More

When I took my car in all my tires were exactly at 32 which is a little low but it was due to the cold weather.
