Your advisor tried to charge me for a diagnostic test when he knew i it was free. On top of that I asked for a radiator flush that was gonna be the same price as a diagnostic. So I asked the service manager that explained to me that it would be no cost for the test, that money could have went for the flush which I didn’t get and was recommended by Otto. So I really didn’t appreciate the way I was treated by Bill. More

Although service folks are nice, I always leave the dealership feeling that I have been over or incorrectly charged. The invoice system definitely needs to be made customer friendly. PS.
