I bought my sedan here back in 2015. I have never been disappointed with the service department in any respect. I have bought new vehicles at several Albany dealerships and they were goo I have never been disappointed with the service department in any respect. I have bought new vehicles at several Albany dealerships and they were good but Otto Cadillac is my favorite service center for my car. I cannot stress enough that the public is missing an excellent shop for repairs! Try them and prove me wrong! More

I have had 2 problems with my XT4 it took 2 visits to fix each. Each time my wife figured out what was the problem. Each time there was a TSB on fixing our problems.
