They are very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to showing me options on my car that I had no idea how to operate even though I read the book and try different things. Amber told me that she will check my speaker and confirm which 1 not working and she will come notify me if I wanna get the work done or not. They never pressured me to buy the car. I had a message on my car that said that I need a service on the All wheel drive system. They repaired the issue.
