What an experience. . I purchased a 2015 ford edge titanium and traded in my Ford Explorer Sport trac for it. Evan and Jenn were so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeabl I purchased a 2015 ford edge titanium and traded in my Ford Explorer Sport trac for it. Evan and Jenn were so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable, it felt like I've known them for years. I had a problem with the tailgate in which I brought it up to Evan and immediately he helped me out. I was turned over to the service department and John took care of me. Again, another member who was very nice, helpful and yes, it felt like I knew him for years. He explained to me what's going on and got me in for service right away. How I was treated from the beginning till the end overpowered the minor issue I had with the car. The service was fast and again, I left out of there with a smile on my face.
