Extreme incompetence and knowledge of parts and accessories for the Hyundai Santa Cruz. They are however, experts in telling the customer what they think they want to hear. I have spent a major portion of my life and gas money running to and from the dealership for a problem which should’ve been handled in the first month of buying the car. I purchased the car in January And I’m still having the problem in getting the appropriate accessory installed. I am again scheduled for tomorrow and we will see if this trip will appropriately handle the problem. This experience has been so extreme that I will never buy another Hyundai vehicle from this dealership. Finally was scheduled to have new module installed in vehicle on the 19th. I was all prepared to take my Santa Cruz to dealership and wait on the installation. I received a phone call from service manager Luciano that morning asking if I would like him to send a driver to get my vehicle for the fix and return it to me. I graciously. Accepted his offer and a was sent to my home and picked up my car. It was delivered back to my home approximately four hours later and I immediately hooked it to my trailer to make sure all lights were working properly. Everything checked out so I let the driver Return to dealership. This never should’ve happened in the first place and seemed to be a total miscommunication with Hyundai at fault. It severely damaged my faith in the dealership. It is however over now and service tech Luciano has done everything to make me happy and resolve the issue. Thank you! More

Efficient The service staff was courteous and the problem with the vehicle explained and taken care of. After the fact I read that soy based products are used to cover the wires, which attracts rodents, and with the vehicle explained and taken care of. Set up appointment for oil change with “first service” option selected as I was unsure which service to request. Was quoted “$75-78 with tax.” At the dealership in person. The quote online sent through had parks plus works package added and said customer requested air filter which was never requested. Called to speak to technician and says he will send new invoice. New invoice is $135 which was again, not the quoted price. Call to speak to technician once again. Technician says it was a mistake in quoting and that synthetic oil costs that much. Technician Hangs up. Sends new invoice. we end up paying the quoted price. However, I will never return to this dealership. We are from Ocala and will only deal with Jenkins dealerships going forward as we have now purchased 2 brand new cars and one slightly used vehicle from Jenkins over the last 8 years. We have only gotten oil changes from the jenkins dealerships and have never dealt with this type of situation with them. Parks will not get my business again. More
