Horrible experience ... I highly recommend Paul Conte Cadillac for all your auto interests & needs. I was looking for months for a new car as my lease on a competitor high luxury suv was coming to term. As the pandemic had effec interests & needs. I was looking for months for a new car as my lease on a competitor high luxury suv was coming to term. As the pandemic had effected so many of us, and so many things, in so many ways, buying or leasing a car is no exception. Inventory is low, options & choices are few and orders are delayed for shortages of computer chips and staffing to deliver the parts and vehicles. This makes the whole process more complicated for all. I was experiencing this, until I looked online for the vehicle of my choice on Paul Conte Cadillac’s website. The whole scenario changed and I found my niche! I was immediately greeted over the phone by a wonderful salesman Gregory Netz who, with the adept assistance of the sales manager Frank Gioia, helped me to obtain all the information on the vehicle that I was seeking, the leasing costs and options. The next day I went to Paul Conte Cadillac in person, and was greeted by Frank Gioia who made time for me, even though I didn’t have an appointment. He showed me the car, and went over the lease terms with me that he had drawn up the day before. Salesman Keith Bobrick took me for a test drive (which he survived lol) and explained the vehicles’ options to me, and went over a few of the details that Frank & I had already discussed. I was so pleased with the friendly professional and accommodating treatment that I was given, that I did not hesitate to leave my deposit and commence the process of trading/selling my current vehicle to them. I then began preparing for the beautiful new Cadillac XT-4 SUV that I drove home in a few short days. Frank Gioia, Keith Bobrick, and Blaise Curci worked diligently with me to prepare my paperwork, and communicating with my insurance company, DMV, my current leasing bank and GM to obtain any rebates I qualified for, transferring my plates, insurance & arranging my lease buyout, setting up my new vehicle to my exact specifications. The situation lent to my becoming a fairly demanding customer but they accommodated me throughout, with a smile, as best possible. Kudos and thank you Frank Gioia for finding the best lease solution to suit my budget, and for your wise suggestions to make the car “my own”. Thank you Keith Bobrick for showing me all the controls & options of the vehicle and setting up my phone, SiriusXM & Apple Carplay settings, etc.. if only you could have set the garage opener too! Hahaha! The patience, kindness and ease in which I was treated as a customer truly made me feel like a family member! As I gathered my paperwork, said my thank you’s, shook congratulating hands, Frank handed to me a delicious carrot cake from Reisters bakery as a thank you & good luck gift. My goodness how kind!
