I am a retired Law Enforcem acknowledge the Cadillac salesman by the name of Keith Bobrick at Paul Conte’ Cadillac in Freeport, NY. He is wonderful. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer. Due to on the job injury I suffer from PTSD. Sometimes I can be a little difficult in my communication and get flustered easily. Keith at Paul Conte’ does “not” know of my issues. And yet “both “ times I have leased my vehicle from him, his patience and professionalism have been exemplary. I just wanted to give kudos to Mr. Bobrick and his manager for assisting me in obtaining my second vehicle from Paul Conte’ Cadillac this past Thursday. I had a good experience in 2016 but this time was different in several aspects but the key to my sale was trade in value on my 2013 CTS. Pat did right by me after I shopped competitors. I brought my ct6 in for an oil change and they did not tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I went out of my way to get maintenance done here bec tighten the plug under the car all the way. I have been unknowingly losing oil this whole time. I was blind sighted by the fact that a dealership would tell me it took them 4 hours to fix a headlight. I guess Gm has a "special procedure" but I've gotten the bulb changed before and it took the other g tell me it took them 4 hours to fix a headlight. I guess Gm has a "special procedure" but I've gotten the bulb changed before and it took the other guy an hour. You can watch YouTube videos where they do it in 5 minutes. Maybe you guys can make a YouTube video on how it takes like 4 hours. And I also watched the video on how tot are the bumper off. It wasn't 4 hours. Now I know dealerships take their time with this but it put a bad taste in my mouth that they didn't tell me before fixing the headlight. I didn't mind paying a couple hundred but almost $700 is insane. More
