Totally Outstanding Buying Experience I had a 2018 white/gold Escape Titanium as my desired new car and there were only 3 available at two different dealers. I started at Phil Long Ford and worked with Toby Cooksey and his Manager Brad Steuart. I was prepared to work hard to get the deal I wanted, and I was really delighted to see how easy Toby and Brad were to work with. The total experience was really a pleasure! I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, mostly Fords, and I can say without a doubt that Toby was the most knowledgeable and pleasant sales person, I have worked with! And Brad was also great!
