Raquel worked with me over the phone without the pressure of making me come in considering I have three children that I didn’t want to sit at the dealership and kept me involved in the whole process along the way. When we were with her I was her only focus and what my needs were. After every dealership told me no and wouldn’t even give me a chance she did what she could in her power to turn it around into a yes . I was so beyond pleased with my experience from Raquel to her manager Chris to the finance manager Vadim that I actually had my boyfriend go buy a car from her the same exact day.
