He did not pressure me instead gave me the best rate and payment right off the start didn't have to haggle. Given my poor credit I didn't think I could drive home in a new truck the payment was more than I wanted but he did his best. The thing that stood out about Randolph was he told me he didn't just sell me a truck and I was his customer Had an issue with the detail shop and he took care it also got home and discovered a blown speaker called Randolph he contacted me today with a service appointment to fix it.so hopefully that goes well. In my visit with Phil Long Ford the experience was quite pleasant. Joe Johnson was friendly and seemed to be truly interested in getting me what I wanted at the best price we could achieve. He spent several hours looking at every truck that could possibly fit my wants, we drove more than one to compare driving experiences between choices and visited the used car lot as well to make sure every possibility was covered. No pressure and financing went very smoothly. I would recommend this dealer and specifically Joe Johnson as the sales agent. More

Car condition Everything went great except, you did not take all the stickers off the car and the CD does not work and you could not do anything about it.
