I brought my 14’ Explorer in for a bad water pump and engine problems. It had a warranty on the engine that I purchased from them. They told me that I need to replace the engine and that they were 99% su engine problems. It had a warranty on the engine that I purchased from them. Now I can’t get anyone to take my phone call to resolve this. I’m walking over an hour one way to work. Not a great way to do business. More

Very pleasant atmosphere, upon arrival we were greeted almost immediately and pointed in the proper direction to visit with Juan our salesman. Juan had responded a few months prior to an internet request almost immediately and pointed in the proper direction to visit with Juan our salesman. Juan had responded a few months prior to an internet request I had made concerning a vehicle. There was no such vehicle at that time. During the next 4 months or so, Juan kept making contact with us to determine if we had found a vehicle. When a vehicle came in that another customer ordered and didn't want. He immediately called us. We were able to make the deal over the phone tentatively, and arrived at the dealership a couple days later. We were able to finance the vehicle and get all paperwork done. Overall a fantastic experience. Juan and dealership are 5 stars in my book. More
