I would not use them for service. Go elsewhere. my truck was there for two days and still did not even get looked at and that was with an appointment. If your to busy don't accept the car until the schedule was there for two days and still did not even get looked at and that was with an appointment. WAS a decades long customer. I will no longer use Phil Long Ford. Two recent repairs. Had my truck for several days each time. Multiple instances when I was told a part would be in the next day. 2 - 3 Long Ford. Two recent repairs. Had my truck for several days each time. Multiple instances when I was told a part would be in the next day. 2 - 3 days pass with no call from the service rep. Communication was absolutely terrible. I had to call several times to be told once again that the part did not come in. You would think that a customer service rep would at least call to let me know they are keeping my truck for a couple more days. On the first repair, I got my truck back and 3 new things did not work (windshield wipers, horn and rear window). I brought it back in and got the same treatment. You kept my truck for 10 days with the same type of treatment. Finally got to pick up my truck and was told that someone would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes, then had to go back into the office and ask where my truck was. "Oh, I'll go get it" was the response. Waited another 10 minutes before my truck appeared. I understand that parts get delayed, but just keeping my truck longer than I was told WITHOUT ANY PHONE CALLS is ridiculous. No apology...no nothing from the rep. Customer Service at Phil Long Ford is non-existent as far as I am concerned. What a change from the past. It was clear that I was of no importance to the service rep I was working with and because of that I will take my business elsewhere. What a shame. More
