TERRIBLE CAR PREP I will never recommend this dealership due to a terrible dealer prep. The license plate holder was not attached. It was in the trunk and I had to driv I will never recommend this dealership due to a terrible dealer prep. The license plate holder was not attached. It was in the trunk and I had to drive home without a plate.78 miles. The service department said the bumper had to be drilled. that is bull. I installed it when i got home with the attached mounting material. A part that was supposed to be installed was in the trunk was supposed to be installed and was not. The trunk was filthy. whit pieces of fine paper or other material all over. The title was supposed to have a lien registered. it wasn't. It was as if the guy was in a hurry. never asked for the lien information. that will cost us more money.Plastic was left on the engine and melted on top. I had to peel and scrape it off after it melted. I have no problem with Luis or Lauren who went out of their way to try to helpin the internet sale. More
