RAMI Is amazing I was in a car accident last Monday November 11 my car was totaled the car had deep meaning to me it was my father's car he died in August of 2017. Thursday of last week I went to a few dealerships and carmax I was going to go with a Kia Soul at carmax I asked Sales rep to hold it for me And I went to another car dealership on Friday to look to see If I could find a car there I was looking at used cars and because of a financial hardship my rates were high For int'rest. I'm Friday I decided to look at Phillips Chevrolet their website I was intrigued by their prices and low mileage I was supposed to go back to carmax today Tuesday and something made me go to Phillips chevrolet instead I met Rami I told him my story he was willing to help me with everything thing he had!!Rami is kind compassionate he really cars for people !! Traverse Purchase Experience Joe Hamdan was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in helping us test drive and purchase a pre driven Chevrolet Traverse. He knew all about the features of the car and patiently helped my wife (who will be the main driver) to get accustomed to the car. He also guided her to take an extended test drive in the area. Here in Frankfort Illinois we were hit by a record-breaking Artic Blast and the temperatures were extremely cold and we had lots of snow. Joe cleaned off the car and made sure all of the seats and interior were heated so that my wife would have a comfortable driving experience.
