Best car buying experience I was looking for a Malibu to replace the one I already have. Konrad Chatys was my salesman, and Emir Cordic was my finance guy. They had to bring the car from their Lansing location. When it arrived at the Frankfort location, my wife, who never comes to a dealership when I'm buying a car, came with me to look at the car. She was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Konrad was attentive to us throughout the whole process. Emir was great at getting us the price and financing we were comfortable with.
