When I finally decided that I wanted a Chevy Equinox I visited two other Chevy dealerships before I ended up at Phillips. My mom was actually the one who suggested going there, and made a stop to get some information for me while I was at work. I was originally looking for a used Equinox no older than a 2013. But when my mother talked to Mike Herris and Stephen Robertson, they informed her of rebates that were available that may make buying a new 2016 Equinox affordable for me. I was going to trade in my 2007 Toyota Camry and at the last minute I sold it to my boyfriend and decided to trade in his old car, a 2007 Ford Taurus. Stephen was so patient with me and my family, no matter how many changes I made. They gave me a great price for my trade in, and worked with me on interest rates to get my payments as close to my budget as possible. Both Mike and Stephen were extremely helpful and incredibly kind. Normally, for someone like me, a purchase this big would be very stressful and nerve racking. Mike and Stephen made me, and my mom, feel so comfortable. They really listened to what I wanted and did everything they could to get it for me. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience!
