Had our car for only a few weeks and we’ve already had two manufacturing issues, both of which the dealership refuses to try to help us resolve. The car has 12,000 miles on it and was a certified preowned two manufacturing issues, both of which the dealership refuses to try to help us resolve. The car has 12,000 miles on it and was a certified preowned. It shouldn’t already be having this many issues and I expect more support from a dealership that claims to have good customer service. After taking it to a different Chevy dealership that has been so much more supportive, we are working on getting the warranty repairs done through this other dealership, issues that our sales rep at Phillips completely disregarded and didn’t even attempt to help.
