Michael Stramaglia was absolutely excellent. He sent me emails of the car I was intrigued in with video to look at the car, he negotiated until we got close to my desired note and even though it He sent me emails of the car I was intrigued in with video to look at the car, he negotiated until we got close to my desired note and even though it’s a little higher I’m satisfied with the choice. His concern for my finances were so heart warming we talked and compared life issues it’s almost like I knew him for years. His customer service was beyond nice it was the caring for me. We both facedtimed my daughter and although she wanted me in a bigger car we got was reasonable for my budget .. one thing I can say about him is he never gave up on getting this to work in my favor.
