Fabulous, no pressure car buying experience My previous car was a Honda CR-V which I loved. My only reason for selling was that I needed a third row. Only Phillips would actually listen to the customer (Orlando and Clermont dealerships as well as Daytona, etc were busy TALKING and not listening). We told them what we wanted, what options and wanted the OTD price. Drove the 45 mins to get there with the car waiting and done in less than an hour. That's great service! More
