Great experience. All employees were wonderful to work with. Have to especially commend our salesman Mr. Anthony DuRan. Couldn't have been more respectful and helpful. Never felt like I was being pressured into anything at the dealership. Never had such a positive experience at any dealer in over 60 years. Would never buy a vehicle anyplace else. Can not recommend highly enough, especially our salesman Anthony duran, on a scale of 1-10, he would have a rating of 12. Also appreciate their support of Vietnam veterans being one myself. Relaxing, honest to goodness car buying experience Todd Ball was my salesman. He was very honest and thorough on all the process we were doing while I am buying my 2018 Toyota Prius. He lay down and ex Todd Ball was my salesman. He was very honest and thorough on all the process we were doing while I am buying my 2018 Toyota Prius. He lay down and explain everything I need to know in terms of the car efficiency and its financing side. He gave me ample time to make my own decisions and I don’t feel any pressure at all. He is a great salesman and seem to be a great person too. I will highly recommend him to others who wants to get a car in Phillips Toyota that might feel intimidated for not knowing anybody in the dealership. Thank you Mr. Todd Ball and kudos for good work. Mr. Tom Pardo in Finance Department was very helpful too in explaining everything I need to know about financing the car and what I do really need in terms of keeping my car and self protected. He also helps me save a lot by removing unnecessary things that I don’t need in terms of my driving experience. I was put in contact with Mikey in the s Several months ago I bought a used SUV from Phillips Toyota, and since then decided I needed a truck instead. I was put in contact with Mikey in the sales department and from there the process was a breeze. I was looking for a used Toyota Tacoma, and by the time the deal was done Mikey (and Tom Pardo in Financing) had me out the door in a brand new 2018 Tacoma. Since they didn't have the truck I wanted on the lot he found one through another dealer, and the next day it was in my driveway 200 miles away. I definitely recommend Phillips Toyota for your next car purchase! More

Jack Jackson - Thank you! There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation.
