Terrible communication through out the whole experience of getting my car serviced. I was also lied to and told my car was being worked on, then about 15 minutes later I get an alert on my phone that my d of getting my car serviced. I was also lied to and told my car was being worked on, then about 15 minutes later I get an alert on my phone that my drivers door is just being opened. That was the first alert I had received since I had left the dealership the morning prior and had seen my car parked and phone alerts it was locked. When I picked up my car after noon I inquired about why my car didn't get worked on first as promised the day prior. I was told that he had "emergency waiters", and I was in the comfort of my own home! Also the parts department is no better with their communication also. Went twice to inquire about a paint touch up pen I ordered, not until the second time up there I'm told it will be 4-6 weeks for it because it's not a regular color. I don't mind the waiting, just tell me from the beginning so I'm not wasting my time continually checking on my item. The sales experience was great when purchased, everything since, 1 star at best. And when I bought the car I heard there was new owner, they have room to improve in many areas More

Very helpful with what they could do till they sent car to Lincoln and thats when I was not to pleased with Lincoln's service car came back from them running just as bad as when it went to them. Went to Phillips Toyota on the advice of my friend who bought a Tundra there. I had first talked to Nicki who was very polite, and set an appointment to see Gagan Bajwa the next day. My friend and I m who bought a Tundra there. I had first talked to Nicki who was very polite, and set an appointment to see Gagan Bajwa the next day. My friend and I met Gagan, a very nice gentleman, who asked what type vehicle I was looking for. Though being a Chevrolet truck owner, I wanted to look at some of the Toyotas, in particular a 2026 red Tundra. Only problem was I'm a senior citizen and couldn't afford a new truck. I will say that Gagan did everything he could to help make that possible, however, in the end I settled on a 2020 low mileage, one owner Chevrolet truck. We took it for a test drive, and that was it. Gagan further assisted his finance department in getting me the best deal, interest rate & warranty coverage. The whole process went smooth and everyone there was accommodating and professional, even bringing us water on that hot day in Florida. I drove it off the lot very happy, but unfortunately there was a mechanical problem, so I brought it back the next morning and service (Tanya) jumped right on it. They narrowed it down to a transmission issue, so they kept the truck and gave me a 2026 Toyota Camry to drive. I still work in construction as a superintendent so it was imperative that I get back to my work - and Phillips Toyota made that happen! Bought a lot of new and used cars, trucks, boats, etc. in my life but this dealership is extraordinary is all I can say. Worth the drive to Leesburg in Lake county.
