Had an appointment on On August 5, 2022 with Ed Finely @ Riverside Porsche Dealership! Horrible, unprofessional and only give you the time if you look rich and unfortunately Ed Finley didn’t think I was Riverside Porsche Dealership! Horrible, unprofessional and only give you the time if you look rich and unfortunately Ed Finley didn’t think I was rich so I wasn’t worth his time. Who is he, to think he was better than me and discriminated me because I did fit his rich man profile, The nerve of this sales rep to judge me on my appearance. Then he lies to me and said my appointment was with the other ed but there is no other ed in the company. Not only does he think I can’t afford a car, now he thinks I’m stupid. I had the rep, who’s name is Eddie ( he does not go by the name Ed) to call Ed because I was upset for his inappropriate and unprofessional business practices he engages with me . Now he’s supposedly busy and I have to wait. He wasn’t busy he was trying to come up with an explanation for me since Eddie told him the reason I wanted to speak to him. When he finally came over I told him how I felt. You think I’m not worth you time then you lie to get out of our appointment. I don’t care if I don’t look rich to you and more importantly you should treat every customer the same, rich or poor. I hate to burst your bubble but your just a sales rep for Porsche. You think Im not rich enough for you to waste your time with me. You think I’m just window shopping. All he cared about is making the sale so I advise any one coming to the Riverside Porsche Dealership you better look rich or they won’t even want to help you. I’m at the a Porsche dealership because I can afford it or else I would not be there wasting my time. For the record, I can afford the Taycan Porsche Turbo S and I was even gonna buy a 911 turbo S. If Ed only knew that I can buy any car on this lot. So I ended my conversation with Ed because I got tired of his lies and I was to upset for what he did. I filling complaints with the BBB and going on social media to inform people of this dealership. The other issue Porsche faces is the dealership denied my form of payment when they had a fiduciary obligation because I gave them my credit application. Now I accepted there offer (of rejecting my form of payment) and in the process of filling liens on the Porsche dealership (3 employees and yes Ed is one of them and the General manager). All they had to do was wait 45 days and each car was gonna be paid in full but they decided they didn’t have too and they where wrong. More

Service Advisor Michael Barcelona was great! My Boxster was in for its scheduled maintenance plus some warning lights that need to be inspected and may require repairs. In addition, they were very busy that day and may require us to leave my car for a day or two but Mike did his best to get my car done and ready in 4 hours. Mike is very friendly and nice to have a general conversation with but at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. It was a terrific experience and will definitely come back for future maintenance service and repairs. Thank you Mike! More

I love Porche Riverside and my salesman Sherman Sims. He has sold me 2 Macans in the past 2 1/2 years. A 2017 White one was an EXCELLENT choice that he chose for me as I was coming out of a 2010 Panamera He has sold me 2 Macans in the past 2 1/2 years. A 2017 White one was an EXCELLENT choice that he chose for me as I was coming out of a 2010 Panamera. Sherman assured me everything would be GREAT… and it WAS!!!! So GREAT.. I ended up trading that MACAN in for a BEAUTIFUL BLACK MACAN with ALL the BELLS AND WHISTLES! Once again Sherman Sims my salesman steered me in the RIGHT direction with NO PROBLEMS!! He explained all of the new features to me and made me VERY COMFORTABLE with my NEW MACAN!! I will ALWAYS have SHERMAN SIMS as my salesman when I’m ready to purchase another Porche ONLY FROM PORCHE OF RIVERSIDE!!!!
