Raj Ramnarine is a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson. He took care of all of the paperwork and pre-deliver promptly, handled by lease turn-in, and was very patient and enthusiastic in explaining and demostrating all of the new vehicle's features at delivery. It's a lot to get accustomed to. The Sales Manager, Eric Sebar, who also handled my lease three years ago, was always accessible (I like the fact the Sales Manager is right out on the showroom floor and not hidden away in an office), responded to all of my questions and was transparent on the numbers pertaining to the deal. The Service Dep't is excellent from my experience over the last 3 years. I have been treated courteously and respectfully at all times hence the reason I returned to lease the new vehicle. There is a Acura dealership less than 10 minutes from my home but I don't mind driving 35 minutes to go to Prescision Acura and I highly recommend them. More
