Elise Duwe, Ed Smith and Tony Dardis were unbelievable to deal with. It is extremely difficult to purchase cars in this current environment and they could not have made it any easier. Any curve xxxxx that were thrown their way, they handled with professionalism and efficiency. They were a pleasure to deal with and they made buying my daughters first car amazing. Elise is passionate about her job and it shows in everything that she does. There are not many sales representatives you can say that about and Preston Kia is very lucky to have her. Ed Smith is an amazing manager and he is a problem solver like no other. He will move mountains to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. And lastly, Tony Dardis couldn't be any better at handing all things finance related. He was fast and efficient with his explanation of all the financing details, signing of documents and execution of all the documents. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend Preston Kia! More
