Our experience with the Preston Chevrolet team today was outstanding. Our salesperson was Tom Z, who knew the answer to every question we asked about the Chevrolet Colorado. My wife brought the car in for an 11:00 oil change appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 minutes later they came in to tell her that the car was ready. Incredible work to get the work complete close to the original appointment time estimate. More
