Tom Barret is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with, he gets to know his customers and their likes and dislikes, We have purchased three vehicles from him and had the best experience every time. I have had nothing but positive experiences from sales, finance , and service, everyone is very friendly and willing to do what it takes to provide the best for the customers. I had a serious problem with a vehicle I purchased and they went above what was expected to come to a resolution, including driving to erie to bring me a loaner vehicle. Preston is a full service, customer oriented, hands on car dealership that I have been serviced by for a umber of years now. I purchased by current KIA from them in 2020 and today had it serviced with an car dealership that I have been serviced by for a umber of years now.
