I went into Preston Chevy this morning after several months of scouring dealership websites, comparing normal variables (options, price, distance, etc). Their pricing was on point, their selection was solid (I planned to look at four different used vehicles there during this visit), and their staff was professional and courteous, without feeling like it was forced. Without planning to purchase this visit, I ended up buying the first vehicle I drove without looking at the others, and the experience was smooth. The salesman, JJ Moore, was friendly and gave no pressure towards buying the vehicle. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to get the right vehicle and was in no hurry to do business. The pricing offered on my trade in was fair and direct, without a need to haggle or fight for a value that was right for us both. While my paperwork was in processing, he filled the fuel tank and had it washed and cleaned, which it was already pristine, and swapped license plate of my trade in. Overall, the experience had all the benefits and resources of giant dealerships with the staff and feel of a local family owned business. They’ve earned a customer for life with me. More

Great service but when scheduling had to ask for manager. Told 1st person I wouldn't drive on a 10lb tire and she said if I felt it unsafe she wouldn't send anyone - I should call 800 #. Since I had a bad experience w/that and had just had my car in asking to have that specific Tire checked, I asked for manager who said no problem the guys have a portable machine to pump it up. Should have heard that from the 1st person I spoke to. Also when service guy called and said I had a nail in my tire I asked why it wasn't found 1st time it was there. He said it wasn't there then. A little too coincidental that the same tire I had problems with would pick up a nail less than a week later. More
