Oil Change Adam, Narv and Neal always treat me and my Chevy with red carpet treatment, and my last Preston Chevy Service Vidit was no different. I came in for a Adam, Narv and Neal always treat me and my Chevy with red carpet treatment, and my last Preston Chevy Service Vidit was no different. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service technician told Adam that my front caliper was frozen thus ruining my fro t brake pad and severely damaging my rotor, Adam checked and the calipers were still under warranty and they had them in stock. Preston’s service team had my oil changed with tire Rotation and new front breaks done under 3 hours. This saved me a trip back to dealership , and or a potential nasty problem down the line. Thanks for the great service treatment that I receive from Preston on a consistent basis.! This is exactly why I would recommend Preston Chevy for your service needs or ask for Bill with any New Chevy needs. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had I found the dealership through some online sites after having a bad experience with a closer dealership to where I live, one that I not only purchased I found the dealership through some online sites after having a bad experience with a closer dealership to where I live, one that I not only purchased a new car from a few years back but one that I also referred my Father to and he also bought his new car from there. I first spoke to Chris Kimmel who set me up with an appointment the next day with William Brian Boswell and Ed Smith. The dealership is about a 40 minute drive from my house with no easy access to highways so I was reluctant at first but went anyway and that was the best decision I have made throughout all of this. As soon as I walked in for my appointment I noticed they had my name up on a board for my scheduled time and was greeted by a very nice woman (and I am so sorry for not remembering her name) and also Brian with whom I had the appointment with. From the very start I felt welcomed but was still not sure, in my situation with my credit and my current low rate and car payment, how they were going to be able to help me. Brian and I went over a few things and then Ed Smith came along and went over everything with me and even stated that the numbers I had from the other dealership, which were very high, did not make sense to him and he was going to figure this out. I feel that both Brian and Ed went above and beyond to make sure I drove out of there not only in the new car that I wanted but a very happy and loyal customer, and that, I most certainly am. They got me very close to the rate I was currently in as well as pretty much the exact monthly payment I was making. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not have to buy a new car and that I just wanted to. Also that I would not take a car that had any less features than my current car and they came through and then some. And when it came time to meet with finance, James Preston, I again could not be more happy. He really made things very clear and explained all of my options with nothing but honesty, not to mention how quick the process was. Actually the whole experience was very quick and very efficient. I could keep going on about all of the wonderful things about this dealership but I feel that anyone who has done business with them already knows it all. More
