Jackie is the best. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, honest and patient. The first salesperson I’ve felt comfortable with when purchasing a vehicle. The service staff at Princeton Audi were great, especially Jess. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was being done to my car and how much it would cost (if there were any ad especially Jess. Below are the reasons why I rated the experience the way I did. There are questions, concerns and praise: I noticed when I returned home, the gas tank was half full, but read on the CPO certificate that I did. I'm not sure when pre-owned cars are delivered to the customer if they are inspected inside, but the condition was filthy. There where dirt marks and what looked like food particles on the roof and door sills. My wife was able to wipe the car down and make the appearance a little nicer. As with most pre-owned cars, there are going to be nicks and dings. The front of the car does in fact have a few chips that I pointed out to the sales rep. Couldn't the dealership provide me with a complimentary touch up paint? Also, the sales rep did not go over 1 function of the car. This being my first Audi, It's really going to take some time to figure out how to use the controls. I do have to point out, Princeton Audi was the only dealer that gave me aggressive pricing and a big Thank You to Troy, the Preowned Manager for working out a great deal! Thanks, Mike More

David is a very well informed, Audi dealer who knows the car facts, but quickly gets help if he has any questions himself. I found David friendly straightforward and honest.
