Bad experience with the financial guy Ryan. He was not very forthcoming. We discussed these with Hanzel but he backed up Ryan. My husband wanted the car so he talked me into signing so we could go home. I was so tired, frustrated, and upset . It should not be this way. I was satisfied with the way Puente Hills Hyundai did my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Santa Fe.
