From the beginning to the end, we were met with total professionalism and courtesy. The ladies in the front-office were extremely instrumental in getting the ball rolling because we were having proble professionalism and courtesy. The ladies in the front-office were extremely instrumental in getting the ball rolling because we were having problems booking an appointment. The calendar kept indicating that the earliest opening for any technician was 2 weeks away. We needed to be seen ASAP as the car was not drivable. The ladies in Customer Service (shout-out to Ms Myra) took matters into their own hands. First Myra got in touch with our Service Advisor (Javer Esquivel), whom everyone seems to like just as much as we do, and got him to call us back within seconds to discuss the issue we were experiencing. Then the ladies went into the calendar and nailed down the appointment day and time that we were unable to book ourselves. We were there first thing the next morning bright and early to meet with Javer and the Service Forman (shout out to Mr Levitt) who worked diligently with our vehicle to make sure it was road safe. Gave this praise report to Service Director, Sean Kim who was pleased to hear our complete satisfaction with his team. Yes, it's easy to complain and tear-down what it took others years to build.
