Javer was great. He helped me with fixing the paint on the hood by taking the picture and sending to corporate to get approval since it was a manufacturing defect. He helped me with fixing the paint on the hood by taking the picture and sending to corporate to get approval since it was a manufacturing defect. Plus, he helped me with the front passenger door that would not open due to broken latch. He always called me back when I left messages and was very courteous and friendly. More
