Pros: my csr Jhordan was awesome. Very nice. Cons: they told me it should take 1 hr to 1hr and half. had to wait nearly 3 hrs to get my first basic service when I had an appt. I get Very nice. I get that it was a weekend but if I have to wait 3 hrs what’s the difference of just doing walk ins compared to getting an appt? Or at least provide a loaner (which they don’t have). They need to come up with a better appt system. More
