Jhordan correctly diagnosed the problem with my car immediately, told me the part was in stock and it was covered by warranty. Within an hour if drop off he called to tell me about additional work that immediately, told me the part was in stock and it was covered by warranty. Within an hour if drop off he called to tell me about additional work that was due and asked if I’d like to do it. My car was done and washed in 2 1/2 hours. When I initially called, the gal on the phone was polite, helpful and addressed my issues quickly. Everyone I dealt with including the salesman who directed me where to go we’re so friendly and professional. My experience was absolutely top notch and I will continue to go to puente hills Hyundai for all my car needs. Great job! More
