My experience was pretty bad . . . I was told I was able to finance a new car by myself no co signer. A few day from being 2 weeks of taking home the new car I get a call say that I needed to take out a lon to finance a new car by myself no co signer. Unfortunately I dont have the original paperwork from the signing but I do have to the release of liability form. Im very disappointed with the experience I had. . . especially since I had to return the car 2 weeks later after showing it off. More

I told Joel that I needed to be out of the dealership ASAP so I can work on work-related business online (the WIFI hasnt been working) so he made my repair a priority and it didn’t take too much time. The WIFI surprisingly was working again which was a bonus. If I knew the WIFI was reliable, I could have been more patient. I’m glad this dealership is being more helpful with warranty repairs—I didn’t go here in the past since they used to make a big deal about if a repair wasn’t covered, you’d have to pay for the inspection. That may be still true, but at least it isn’t so intimidating to get warranty type repairs checked now. More
