The service department was not giving updates on the status of my car which needed a new engine. I had to do the calling to find out what was going on. To make matters worse it was difficult to reach status of my car which needed a new engine. I had to do the calling to find out what was going on. To make matters worse it was difficult to reach our service advisor. Initially he said it would take 2 weeks to 2 months for the service but it ended up taking 3 months!! There is a shortage of staff there which leaves the customers feeling like they are being given the run around. More

Advisors try to make you get services you don’t need and they are not thorough when checking whether certain things are covered under warranty. They tried to make me pay $300 for a new battery when it’s sup they are not thorough when checking whether certain things are covered under warranty. They tried to make me pay $300 for a new battery when it’s supposed to be covered under my warranty. Additionally, they almost charged me $600 more than what I was supposed to pay when I came to pick up my car, due to their incorrect input of info on the computer. More
