Customer service Rep was great. But none of my fluids were topped off when giving a report that stated they were. Time before this we were left waiting till service department close But none of my fluids were topped off when giving a report that stated they were. Over priced taking advantage of customers charging more than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. Said it was my radiator hose and wanted to charge over 700 just for 1 hose replacement. than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. Said it was my radiator hose and wanted to charge over 700 just for 1 hose replacement. I told them no I was taking it somewhere else they drained my level and engine was over heating on the way home. Very unprofessional I will never go back. More
