He had infinite patience and after a really fun test drive, we went back to look at inventory on the lot being the last day of the year. We selected two vehicles to narrow down the focus and he gave me as much time as needed before I decided on the vehicle and the offer that I wanted to make. They accepted the offer and we quickly moved to the purchase. Paper work was a snap--easiest car buying process that I've ever been a part of. Ask for George Timmes at RBM--highly recommended sales rep and dealership. More
The most painless car buying experience in recent memory I went in to RBM Alpharetta to buy a certified used E350 (December 2016). I had already identified the car I wanted to buy, and I had done all my home I went in to RBM Alpharetta to buy a certified used E350 (December 2016). I had already identified the car I wanted to buy, and I had done all my homework (comparable pricing, features, trade-in value, financing, offers, etc.) before going in to the dealership. When I reached the dealership, Fabian Tafur came over to help me out. He told me that the car I wanted was still available. Usually at this point the dreaded back-and-forth pricing dance begins. Fabian walked over to his manager and came back with a price....at which point I told him my numbers, and that its either a yes or no, and that I didn't want to sit through the "let me check with my manager" routine. Fabian looked at my numbers for a couple of minutes, and said "done". And that was it; about an hour later, I drove my new car back home. Couple of things to point out here. (a) Could I have squeezed a few more dollars out of this deal? Sure. But I had spent so much time on my numbers that I already knew I was getting a great deal; so the haggling was not worth it (b) Could Fabian have a squeezed a few more dollars out of this deal? Maybe. But he probably knew that my numbers were fair to both parties. Net, net, it was one of the most painless car buying experiences I have had in recent memory. Finally, I wanted to add a special shout-out to Fabian. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Straight-talker with a great, friendly attitude. Oh, and ultra-efficient too. Think about it.... I walked in to RBM Alpharetta at about 5.15PM, and was driving my car home by 6.30PM - with EVERYTHING done....incl. trade-in, detailing of new car, financing, paperwork, etc. If/when I go back to RBM Alpharetta for my next vehicle, I am going to ask for Fabian by name. More

When you leave this franchise you feel that you have developed a relationship with everyone you worked with. Each employee operated in manner that suggested customer satisfaction was their product. George Timmes our salesperson, saved me several thousand dollars by making sure that I received a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the extended warranty which I had purchased on the vehicle being trading in. In addition George listened and asked questions to learn what was important to me. More
