I was immediately greeted with a warm and cheerful staff, and Derrick Wynn was available to assist with my test drive. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable about each model and how they compare to the competition, and he provided honest, fair and balanced information to all of the questions which I asked. Derrick has a wonderful personality and he makes you feel like he has your best interest in mind, and I believe that he genuinely does. This will be my first dealership of choice for future vehicle considerations and I highly recommend Derrick Wynn for your vehicle needs. I have to also add thanks to the rest of the staff, Pam - who personally trains you on the fine features and technology on your vehicle, she is delightful to work with, as well as Neil, who personally thanked me for my purchase and presented me with a nice gift before leaving, as well as Lisa in finance - what a truly nice person to work with! Vadim and David were extremely helpful in getting my monthly payment to an amount I was comfortable with, and I also never once felt pressured. I also appreciated Vadim staying in constant contact with me on the status of my car and when it would be ready for pick-up. The day I picked up my car, Vadim had of all of my paperwork ready, and just made the process seamless and easy. I was literally in and out of the dealership with my new car in under an hour.
