Work was chaotic, and I didn’t even have time to come in and sit down with him properly—but Thomas still made it happen. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and proactive, working around my schedule and staying in touch to make sure I found the right car within my price range. They were helpful when I called them to say my car "died" after a trip to Costco. I called my insurance for a tow and was brought to the dealership, and was expedited since I had a trunkful of food.
