Honestly is the best Policy Went into dealer with my wife looking for a 2019 ILX as daily driver. Went back to Rallye Acura within a year because Reza took so much care of us whe Went into dealer with my wife looking for a 2019 ILX as daily driver. Went back to Rallye Acura within a year because Reza took so much care of us when we leased our 2017 MDX. Danny Park took care of us today because Reza had the day off. Danny was just as caring, attentive, and informative. He broke down both the lease and purchase price of both the ILX and TLX. Discussed pros and cons of leasing and purchasing. He even broke down all the types of fees. Fees are unavoidable, such as taxes, plates, etc. At no time Danny pressured us to sign or buy or put any money down. At the end we decided to lease a TLX base model because it was better with my budget. Words of advice, go into the dealership with realistic numbers and expectations, and the sales team will be more than willing to work with you to get you a great price. Please do not expect getting an Advance Tech model for a Base model price. That’s like going into FootLocker and asking for Jordans but you only want to pay Converse price. Danny Park is not worthy of Platinum sales status. He is marvel universe ADAMANTIUM STATUS! More

I had a great experience talking to one of the new salesperson, Andrew, and he was respectful and really knew his stuff about the cars. They had great pricing on their cars and according to the manager of the preowned department, he (Chris) picks out all the cars himself to sell, which is great. I had an issue with some scratches that I didn't notice when I left the lot and Chris was able to buff it out a few days later when I brought it back to him. Even though I didn't go with Acura for my financing, I appreciated all the work that Joe F was able to dedicate to try to get a better deal for me. Thank you all for your utmost professionalism.
