The Rallye Acura Team (especially Anthony-Sales Manager) took a horrible event a few days earlier and turned it into a smooth ride (no pun intended). I called Anthony in a panic one afternoon looking for a specific car (RDX), within two hours- the car was found and the deal was closed. We then dealt with a Sales Team Member- William to finalize the transaction. He was calm, professional, and helpful throughout the experience. He even went as far as calling the Insurance company for us to ensure all was taken care of. Once we picked up the clean car, we were explained the features thoroughly. This was a very pleasant experience. I can't say enough about Anthony. He conducted himself in a professional manner while keeping the customers (my boyfriend and I) happy the entire time. He communicated and followed through on his word (which is very rare these days). Thank you to the Team at Rallye Acura! More
