People listen to me Rallye Acura is legit compared to all the others. Take it from me. I've been to other Acura dealers and none came close to the deal I got on my car.l from Rallye. I definitely would recommend Rallye to whoever that wants to buy an Acura. Go see Andrew and tell em' you heard good things about him and this dealership. Man I'm so hyped about this dealership. The finance manager Joe, the service people are extremely nice. Like I said Rallye Acura over everybody else. I hate to bash other dealers, but avoid Paragon Acura like the plague. Poor and Deceptive Customer Service I have a 2018 TLX bought at Rallye Acura in February, 2018. When the center console went out suddenly, causing failure of radio, bluetooth, clock, I have a 2018 TLX bought at Rallye Acura in February, 2018. When the center console went out suddenly, causing failure of radio, bluetooth, clock, etc., I called Rallye for service. When I brought the car in, they informed me that they couldn't locate the problem and asked that I bring and leave the car the following week. They promised that they would have a loaner car available as they didn't know how long the diagnosis or repair would take. When I checked my car in the following week, I was offered a large SUV vehicle as a loaner. I informed them that a) I had never driven an SUV before and was uncomfortable doing so, and b) that the car would not fit into my parking space by my house. I was told that Rallye only had SUV's as loaners, and it was 'take it or leave it.' I reclaimed my own vehicle and left. The service was not performed. No follow up calls were made. No effort was made to help me out of a vehicle defect that is still under warranty. I am extremely distressed by this, both because my new vehicle has a major problem, and the dealership (from which I've bought several cars) did nothing to help me. More

I've known Joe Filardo for several years and he has been a major factor in our decision to continue to be part of the Rallye Family. We do appreciate the dedication of Joe and Anthony and we will continue to have our vehicle serviced at Rallye. More
