Rallye Acura - Service Center

Went there for my first servicing of 2023 MDX. The car had parking sensor issues from day one and was told it would be fixed when i bring it back for servicing. On the servicing day, they told me The car had parking sensor issues from day one and was told it would be fixed when i bring it back for servicing. On the servicing day, they told me they have to order the parts from factory and should take about a week. After for getting any update for 17 and numerous calls, i was told the parts would take 3 months to get here. When they opened the front bumper to check for the sensor they didn't close it properly and some red bands the was supposed to be hidden inside are sticking out now. Very sloppy and unprofessional.
