Mustafa went out of his way to make sure I got the best service possible. He called and texted me to explain exactly what was going on with my car. He gets a 10 out of 10. I was there for recall and a problem with my rear drivers light. I was told that the light was not an issue that BMW was responsible for (that the damage was from some kind of impact). There was no impact to the light and you can clearly see that there is a manufacturing problem with the light. More

They got me in quicker than any of the other local dealers could, and once there the experience was seamless.
