I explained my issues to two managers and I posted on google what occurred.. no one wanted to accept that they made a mistake nor apologize for it either ..basically I was being forced to change an alrea google what occurred.. no one wanted to accept that they made a mistake nor apologize for it either ..basically I was being forced to change an already brand new strut for 5,000 when a strut wasn't needed .. I was directed to take the repair elsewhere and all that was needed was a new wire harness that costs $60.00. That's not good business nor is it good customer service to try to rip people off. More

There was also a significant unexplained discrepancy between the BMW/MyKaarma pricing sent to my phone and the final invoice. After I raised post-service inquiries, I received no communication at all from Rallye BMW regarding those inquiries — no written response, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no phone call. Rallye BMW later represented to BMW North America that communication had been established with me, which is inconsistent with my actual communication record. More
