Andy was very patient, he listened to our concerns and got his boss to address every concern. The dealership was clean and everyone was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Rallye BMW in Westbury. My 2018 BMW 740i has been brought to the dealership three separate times for the exact same air conditioning is received from Rallye BMW in Westbury. My 2018 BMW 740i has been brought to the dealership three separate times for the exact same air conditioning issue, and each visit has resulted in what feels like nothing more than a temporary band-aid fix instead of a proper repair. I have spent thousands of dollars between BMW of Freeport and Rallye BMW trying to resolve this problem, yet the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I have written letters to Rallye BMW’s management expressing my concerns and have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication and customer care is just as disappointing as the failed repairs. It is beyond frustrating to be going into a second consecutive summer without a properly functioning air conditioning system in a luxury vehicle. After investing so much money and trusting authorized BMW service departments, I expected competent repairs and accountability—not repeated visits for the same problem with no lasting solution. I cannot recommend Rallye BMW’s service department based on my experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that stands behind its work and values its customers, unfortunately that has not been my experience here. More
