I love how the service manager Bret goes above and beyond to resolve my issues however, I have a horrible service advisor that could never answer my questions, fails to inform what is wrong with my vehicle. to resolve my issues however, I have a horrible service advisor that could never answer my questions, fails to inform what is wrong with my vehicle. I have to wait to get the final write up and read for myself what is wrong. Nevertheless he never returns phone calls nor does he respond to emails. I received partial responses. This would be one of the only reasons I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, poor service to an extent. It’s hard to say at first I could’ve looked pass the the issues that came about on my certified pre owned vehicle because they did get resolved despite the numerous amounts of time I had to return to the dealer but this just adds injury to insult. I will into changing my advisor in the near future. I never experienced service like this in my life. More
