Kevin, the Chinese-speaking consultant, helped me overcome the language barrier and kept me updated on the repair progress! As for the repair technician, I am very grateful to their supervisor, Mr. P overcome the language barrier and kept me updated on the repair progress! As for the repair technician, I am very grateful to their supervisor, Mr. Pasquale Mattia, who patiently accompanied me on a test drive. Although my problem wasn't resolved and the rattling noise persisted, I was still very grateful to him. After the technician completed the repair, I discovered that an interior panel was installed incorrectly and was deformed. However, Kevin remained very helpful and communicated with me, and the vehicle was eventually sent back for repairs. More
