Very efficient and pleasant experience when I arrived. I went in for scheduled service and was told it would be 90 minutes to wait. This was the 3rd BMW I had purchased from Rallye. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. George was my Salesperson and is your man if you want an //M or any BMW for that matter.
