I've been a customer of Rallye BMW for 10 years, and have bought three cars from this dealer. Typically, I've received excellent service, but that was before. Rallye's service experience has declined. I trie bought three cars from this dealer. Typically, I've received excellent service, but that was before. Rallye's service experience has declined. I tried reaching out to them through various email, chat, and texting tools to arrange a service, but got no response. I called to arrange for a service using their concierge pickup and delivery service, but was told it was no longer available even though it was on their web site. I finally got management's attention and they did pick up my car, but they didn't return it -- I had to pick it up, so it was only half-conceirge. In year's past, my BMW would come back spotless -- but it looks as though they barely gave it a once over in the car wash. I'm sorely disappointed in a dealer that I've previously recommended several times. I'll be doing my business elsewhere going forward. More
