Joe turned out to be one of the best sales persons I worked with and would love to come back for my next reviews for Rallye BMW and decided to call. Horrible my car was there for almost two months the body shop butchered the black trim piece over the back window I went back and forth with service advisor and service manger and still results are garbage shop butchered the black trim piece over the back window I went back and forth with service advisor and service manger and still results are garbage I’m very disappointed. the body shop claims that’s the best they can get it.
